The Painting Crew, Inc. is a registered lead-safe certified firm, under the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule.
Renovation, repair and painting can create hazardous clouds of lead dust, if lead paint surfaces are disturbed. Our certification means we are trained in lead-safe practices and certified by the EPA as having passed the training. If your home, business or rental property was built before 1978, you may have lead-based paint on some surfaces of your building. The Painting Crew, Inc. is an independent painting company owned and operated by Mr. Ricardo Sylvester. We have been serving the Baltimore and Harford County areas for over a decade. Field Supervisor, Mr. Malcolm Boyce, has been with the company since inception. He is responsible for the day to day projects of the company including scheduling and meeting the overall needs of our clients.
